Yes, absolutely. An Arya Samaj Marriage is legally recognized under the Arya Marriage Validation Act, 1937 and the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The certificate issued is legal proof of marriage, which you can use to register at the Registrar's Office to obtain the government marriage certificate.

According to Indian laws, the groom must be at least 21 years old and the bride must be at least 18 years old at the time of the wedding.

Yes. If you bring all the necessary documents and witnesses, the Vedic wedding rituals and the certificate issuance are completed on the same day within 2 to 3 hours.

You need exactly two adult witnesses to attend the ceremony. Witnesses can be friends, siblings, parents, or relatives. They must carry their identity (PAN/Aadhaar) and address proofs along with passport photographs.
